From a Mindset Reset coaching session amazing Kate O'Connor has guided me back to my truth and the desires on my heart to be a successful performer.

It brought forth visions! This was a big shift. I had many powerful visions of myself succeeding in various ways. I've been feeling a physical sensation of excitement, like a baby kicking in my stomach! (I am very gay and not actually pregnant) It feels like I am experiencing my future success before it occurs. I can feel across time.

Major realization/release: others' behaviour DOESN'T mean anything about me or my worth or my talent or my potential!! I feel literally unstoppable. The only person that can stop me, is me. Others' actions can't stop me from pedaling forward on my little bike of dreams. The only reason I've ever stopped (or at times felt like I've even gone backwards) is because I've allowed others' actions to convince me to stop. But I get to choose when to stop! And right now I choose GO!

My fat body not only DOESN'T have moral bearing on my worth, deservedness and potential, but it is in fact PRECISELY my fat experience that affords me unique perspective and voice that the world needs to hear. My size isn't a liability -- it's fucking ASSET.
