Major realization/release: others' behaviour DOESN'T mean anything about me or my worth or my talent or my potential!! I feel literally unstoppable. The only person that can stop me, is me. Others' actions can't stop me from pedaling forward on my little bike of dreams. The only reason I've ever stopped (or at times felt like I've even gone backwards) is because I've allowed others' actions to convince me to stop. But I get to choose when to stop! And right now I choose GO!
My fat body not only DOESN'T have moral bearing on my worth, deservedness and potential, but it is in fact PRECISELY my fat experience that affords me unique perspective and voice that the world needs to hear. My size isn't a liability -- it's fucking ASSET.
...Almost a year later, I feel completely free in the area that I used to feel so stuck in. I’m able to learn faster. I see the good as well as the bad. I don’t feel horrible about it all the time, anymore. There’s no self-attack anymore. I’m unfazed by the normal setbacks and failures that you would expect on a journey that’s worthwhile.

Erotic Power & Embodiment
After my first one people were like, "Oh, you are glowing like, it looks like you just had an orgasm!"
I honestly felt like I could do anything. I felt like I was on top of the world. I think I said it after my first striptease, "I might never put on clothes again!"
I felt so empowered. So in love with my body. So grounded, so rooted and at the same time alive. Before that it was just kind of a regular day.
For me, it's the way you set and hold containers, the way that you listened to everyone's desires, the way that you could bring it out of us, and frame it so well.
If there is anybody out there who's listening to this, that's wondering, ‘Oh, could I ever do this?’ Try. That would be my advice: try and see how you feel. Even just one session of this can be totally transformative… Imagine what multiple sessions can do.
To be able to have such a safe and welcoming space to get in touch with your own power? That's it. It's a no brainer for me!
I was a first timer before I started stripping and dancing with Kate. It's a very vulnerable and revealing experience, and I felt safe to be part of Kate's container because of the strong boundary-setting she held right from the start... How she held that all the way through was really impeccable.
And because of that, I was able to really let go and be myself… allow myself to experience being in my body in this sensual way, and be able to create with it.
One thing I really liked about the container was it was very intentional… Really setting our intention with what we actually want to create. Being in my body and dancing and stripping in this way really elevated the energy. Energetically, it just felt more alive. It was fun!
Allowing myself to really embody the fun, and allowing myself to get out of my comfort zone and just fully express myself… It’s so important, especially when you're stepping out in the world and being visible. And Kate provided for exactly that.
The intentions I was setting, and being part of this striptease group, really allowed me to call in what I wanted faster. It didn't always look the way I thought it should come in – it came in even better, and I will say it had a lot to do with being part of Kate's group… The space she held, the intentionality of it… the intention of creating while having fun, and just being juicy and alive.
So if you're on the fence, honestly, it's probably an experience you haven't had a lot of and if your heart and soul is calling to work with Kate, I would highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed. You'll be held and you will be safe.
I participated in a stripteasing session with Kate and it was so liberating, so amazing. I felt so safe and held, and also at the same time fully able to express the fullness of myself.
She was really great at providing an outline and making sure that we all felt comfortable.
What I really took away from it was watching the other woman in their power too. It just fueled everything and we all came away feeling so much lighter and more empowered and more embodied.

I really like the idea of being in seduction mode with myself as an ongoing thing. I've been struggling with turn on. And it did shift that for me – I woke up much more langorous and relaxed.
You have a very open and friendly approach to topics that can feel very heavy when one is in the middle of them.
Realizing that attuned and approving = flirting.

I thought flirting was mostly about being cute and receiving approval from men -- versus flirting being simply enjoying yourself and your own presence as you go about your life, then finding things to approve in others. Such a complete switch of mindset.

I prayed for a $$ injection and then my parents (after I began talking to them less than a month prior, after 3 years of no contact) stepped forward and generously, kindly, voluntarily, unjudgmentally just GAVE me one big enough to pay off my line of credit + are now supporting me monthly as well to supplement my income.
They kept saying "just call us the Bank of Mom and Dad" and giggling.
I made a decision that I will speak to the Executive Director and ask for my raise and talk about a promotion, open the conversation for what my future looks like with the organization. A couple months ago I didn't feel this way, confident to have this conversation.

Even though it is always sooooo vulnerable and uncomfortable to lift the rug, pull out the feelings and thoughts around this topic, open up about them etc.. the process today of unearthing them again, naming them BUT THEN being able to reframe/reset them into productive, empowering, expansive, loving versions was a real gift. I've done some of that in therapy here and there, but not quite in this way and with this focus.
You brought a beautiful, playful, light energy to our session, while also taking our work seriously. You created a really safe and grounded container, and navigating a vulnerable, but very powerful process with me, very skillfully.

After being single for years, I decided I wanted to meet someone. I declared my desire to my sisterhood group, and immediately a friend (not from the group) asked if she could set me up with someone.
Now, I am tall so I asked her, "how tall is he?"
She's short, and she didn't know. "I think he's over 6 feet?" she replied....
I met him in person... He's 6'4"
